Pada tahun 2011 ini ada 2 keberhasilan yang dicapai oleh Program Studi Teknik Material, yaitu yang pertama diperolehnya Peringkat Akreditasi BAN-PT yaitu A berdasarkan SK tahun 2011 dan berlaku sampai 27-05-2016.
